We are professional members of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV). We are Registered Red Book Valuers and provide a high quality valuation service for all property types.
Winston has been involved in the property industry for over 16 years and is a Director & Partner of Halnon Humphreys. He has worked for a number of large firms including leading new homes agency, Hooke & MacDonald. He has an excellent knowledge of residential and commercial sales, lettings and valuations. Winston is responsible for all Sales and Valuations for Halnon Humphreys.
Jean has a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential sales & lettings, new home sales and the country homes market and has worked in the property industry for 8 years. Jean handles both sales and lettings in Wexford and beyond. Jean has just completed a BSc in Property Studies in conjunction with the SCSI and TUI Dublin.
Sinead has 15 years of experience in all aspects of business accounts is a qualified Accounting Technician. Sinead heads up our accounts department and oversees the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Patricia has recently joined the team at Halnon Humphreys and brings a wealth of experience with her. Patricia looks after queries and accounts administration within the company. Patricia has over 10 years’ experience of all things letting and management, having successfully run her own property lettings company.
